Workout Philosophy

 Many women do cardiovascular training only, but will never get the results they hope for – weight training is a must to reshape the body.

At Weights for Women, we have a complete set of cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and stair steppers as well as a fully stocked weight room that includes both free weights and a large selection of machines and benches. By providing all of these options, you can create a workout routine that allows you to progress.

Most gyms catered to women offer only circuit training on machines that have no adjustments, meaning that once your body becomes accustomed to it, you have no way to create a new challenge. You cannot continue to make progress in such a way. You can only make progress and continue to see results by setting new challenges for your body as it gets more efficient and better at what you do.

In addition to having the variety of equipment that you need to help you meet your goals, we also have opportunities available to learn a unique method of strength training available nowhere else.
